RETURN POLICY

We always want our customers to be happy and satisfied but there are some restrictions when returning merchandise.

If the tag is not attached upon return, an exchange will not be granted.

Currently we don't provide tags on t-shirts and towels, therefore an exchange may be made if an item has not been worn/used. 

Exchanges are available within 14 days from time of purchase.

Swim Culture must be notified by phone, or email, before making an exchange.

Merchandise may only be exchanged, no refunds. 

Shipping cost of returned merchandise is at customers expense and when Swim Culture ships customers exchange item/s, there is a  $10.00 shipping and handling fee.

Purchasing competitive swimwear online can be tricky and we all know that returns can be a hassle. Therefore we encourage first time customers to give us a call so we can assist them in finding the perfect size swimsuit. For example, some competitive swimmers and ballers prefer to have a tighter fit, we might recommend sizing down. On the other hand, recreational swimmers and surfers may want to stay with their true size. Don't forget, we wear and love every suit that we sell, no one knows this merch better than we do! So, please give us a call and find the right size for you.

Side note: Make sure to try swimwear on with underwear/bikini bottom before cutting the tag off.
